What are we exploring?

This class supports folks 15 and up interested in deepening their contemporary movement practice, ability to move into and out of the floor, and curious about honing their quality of action through playful and rigorous exploration. Sweat induced confidence, new body awareness, and joyful play are now happening on Fridays. Let's assemble - shall we? Class requires: Comfortable clothes that you can move in, bare feet or dance shoes if you prefer, knee pads are optional and a water bottle.
