Fridays 5:30-7:30 BEGINNER CONTEMPORARY
3 Fridays, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 5:30-7:30pm: Beginner Contemporary for participants aged 15+
What are we exploring?
This beginner class runs three Fridays in December (12/5, 12/12, 12/19) and supports folks 15 and up interested in deepening their contemporary movement practice, ability to move into and out of the floor, and curious about honing their quality of action through playful and rigorous exploration. Sweat induced confidence, new body awareness, and joyful play are in store this December. Let's assemble - shall we? Class requires: Comfortable clothes that you can move in, bare feet or dance shoes if you prefer, knee pads are optional and a water bottle. Please note that we offer a special reduced rate of $6 to those folks facing financial challenges. Everyone who is interested is welcome to join!
Cancellation Policy
Arts Assembly A2 FLOORWORK FRIDAYS programming is non-refundable. Please note that the parking lot associated with our space is not available for outside use (as it's super small). There is a great deal of surrounding street parking as well as the lot just down the street on 4th Ave and William.
